Our apartments

Equipment:

Our four apartments are very spacious, lovingly furnished, bright and comfortable. The balconies are south-facing and offer a great view of the Carnic Alps. In front of our house are ample parking facilities. Our skiing guests can use a ski stable and a drying room for boots.

Our kitchens are equipped with:
Oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils, glasses and various spices.

Living room:
In each apartment there is a 40 inch flat screen TV with satellite TV and a CD player. For our guests we offer free WLAN. In addition to a cozy seating corner, a couch invites you to relax.

Sleeping:
In the bedrooms you will find only solid wood furniture and natural products. Bed linen is provided to our guests.

Bathroom:
Our spacious bathrooms have a shower, toilet, sink and a large mirror. Hair dryer, towels and toilet paper are provided.

Children:
Children up to 1,99 years stay free of charge. On request, there are also cots and high chairs for our little guests.

Pets:
For your four-legged family member we charge 8.- € per day (without food).
Please bring any favorite cup or blanket.

Supplements and terms of payment:
Please note: Your booking is binding after a deposit of 30% of the total amount (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation.
For stays of less than 3 days, the markup price per person per night is 5 €.
Payment: Please pay cash on site. Payment by card is not possible.
Cancellation: WKO cancellation conditions

Arrival and departure:
The apartments are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure.
